A Collection Of Extremely Rare Pink Floyd Tracks:


1. Merry Xmas Song Date: 1975 / Lyrics & Music: Nick Mason / Performed at a BBC show in December '75

2. Oenone (Extremely Rare Track) Date: late 1969 / Unused track from the ZABRISKIE POINT sessions

3. Hyperdrive Reprise - Hawkwind Hawkwind performing Pink Floyd's Hyperdrive Reprise

4. What A Shame Mary Jane - Pink Floyd & The Beatles Date: 1968 / Beatles & Pink Floyd were both recording in the Abbey Road Studios. Syd Barrett had more than a little influence on this song.

5. Sunshine (Unreleased) Date: 1967 / Not released track from the 'Piper-session'

6. A Rare Devil Doll In Seville Rare Track From Pink Floyd with Triana

7. Empty Spaces (Played Backwards -Very Rare) There is a hidden message in this backwards played song. "You should hear, amidst the guitar notes, a very low-pitched voice saying: "Congratulations. You've just discovered the secret message. Please send your answer to Old Pink, care of the Funny Farmhouse"

8. Effervescing Elephant Date: 1964 or 1965 (?) / Lyrics & Music: Syd Barrett

9. Rain In The Country  Date: 1969 / Based on The Narrow Way. This version was originally made for Antonionis film 'Zabriskie Point' - but not used in the final version.
The original studio recording has been released on the bootleg albums: 'Ahcid Atthak', 'The Midas Touch', 'Omay Yad' and 'Tower Of Babel'.

10. Pigs On The Wing Pt 2 (Fire Works Accident) Date: 06/07/1977 / From the live appearence at the Olympic Stadium, Montreal, Quebec (Canada)
